2. Information we collect

Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), and authentication identifiers.
Monitoring data: URLs, domains, robots.txt files, HTTP headers, meta tags, sitemaps and other publicly available technical data you ask us to monitor.
Billing data: handled entirely by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your full card details.
Usage data: log data, IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and timestamps.
Cookies: strictly necessary cookies for authentication and optional analytics cookies (only with your consent).

3. How we use your information

Provide, operate, maintain and improve the Service.
Send monitoring alerts, transactional emails, and important security notifications.
Process payments via Lemon Squeezy and issue invoices.
Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
Comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

We process personal data on the basis of (a) performance of a contract with you, (b) our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, (c) your consent (e.g. for optional analytics or marketing emails), and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

5. Payments: Merchant of Record

All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, a service of Affinity Labs, Inc.), which acts as the Merchant of Record. This means Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record, handles payment processing, sales tax / VAT collection and remittance, fraud screening, chargebacks and refunds. Your payment information is collected and stored by Lemon Squeezy under their own privacy policy, available at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.

6. Sub-processors and third parties

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the Service:

Lemon Squeezy: billing, invoicing, tax compliance.
Cloud hosting and database providers: application hosting and storage.
Email delivery providers: transactional and alert emails.
Optional analytics: anonymized product usage metrics.

7. Data retention

We retain account and monitoring data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records kept by Lemon Squeezy for tax purposes).

8. International transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. 10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, access controls, and regular backups. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
